Beatrice Locks, Insurance Match Liaison at the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement / Administration for Children and Families with offices in Washington, DC will share the specifics of this national enforcement effort and explain the interface that is required between the state and federal programs to facilitate a seamless transfer of data from the state to federal systems. Judge Kellar from Louisiana will provide an update on e-filing and discuss Louisiana’s Case Management system. And opportunities will exist during the meeting for attendees to share concerns and successes of recent initiatives as well as discuss technology and processes that will shape the future.
